- Added option to specify path to kubernetes config file with the following priority:
- Command parameter ./ktail -c /path/to/.kube/config
- KUBECONFIG environment variable
- Default location at ~/home/.kube/config
- Renamed menu entry from "Kube" to "Kubernetes"
